Thank you for choosing the Norfolk Guide CMS for your website solution. We are confident that whatever you are trying to promote you will be able to take advantage of our very easy to use system.

Getting Started

We have already installed your system and it is ready to use and you can begin to start updating your content and adding in your own information. This actual page will become your home page (the page that people arrive at first when they visit your website address).

To begin to edit your website you will first need to login. When we contacted you to confirm that your site was ready we sent you a password. This password will get you into your own admin area where you can start to customise your content and appearance.

Your admin area can be found by adding /admin onto the address in the address bar. So, if your website was www.mywebsite.com then you would simply add in www.mywebsite.com/admin

Enter your email address and the provided password and you will then have access to a new menu with all the tools you need to create your website.

To change the text on THIS page simply navigate back to this page (Home Page) after being logged in and then click on 'Edit this page' from the left menu. Thats it!

Whats in a look!

When we set your website up we picked a design from our standard layouts. However you can easily change this to another layout at anytime simply by visiting the update appearance section.

If our ready to go layout are not suitable then you are able to customise the colours and you can even upload your own banner.

We can, if required, design a custom header for you at our standard hourly rate. Typically we can produce a bespoke header in 1 - 2 hours.
